Scope of Project
Red Phoenix Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned coffee brand built on a personal story of resilience and backed by 25+ years of coffee industry experience. The brand serves individual coffee lovers alongside a growing roster of corporate, wholesale, hospitality, and specialty buyers across the country. We partnered with the team to launch Red Phoenix from the ground up, shaping the brand identity and designing a website that tells the story, sells the coffee, and opens the door to serious B2B accounts, all under one roof.

Red Phoenix previously ran on a template site that welcomed visitors but didn't do much beyond that. The design felt generic, the founder's story wasn't visible, and there was no clear path for retail buyers, wholesale accounts, or hospitality partners to take action.

The new site leads with a full-bleed hero and the "Brewed with Passion, Crafted for Perfection" headline. Navigation serves every audience: Shop for retail, For Businesses for wholesale and hospitality. Featured products, testimonials from partners like American Express Centurion Lounges, and the founder's story turn the site into a real sales channel.

A fully launched brand and website that gives Red Phoenix Coffee Roasters a real digital home from day one. The site tells the story, sells the coffee, and opens the door to B2B accounts at the same time, without any of the three getting lost in the others.
Highlights of what we designed and built:
- New brand identity rooted in the Red Phoenix founder story and carried through every touchpoint on the site.
- Storytelling homepage and About page that put the personal side of the brand front and center.
- Retail eCommerce shop with coffee, cold brew, and related products ready to sell on launch.
- Coffee Quiz that guides first-time buyers to the right blend based on taste rather than coffee terminology.
- Dedicated B2B experience covering wholesale, corporate coffee programs, cafes, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and specialty environments.
- Named client testimonials from corporate and hospitality accounts, backing every claim with real voices.
- Customer accounts and login for returning retail buyers and business clients.
- Structured inquiry flows that route different buyer types to the right next step with the team.
Together, the brand and the website give Red Phoenix Coffee Roasters a foundation that can grow across both retail and B2B channels, without losing the story that made the brand worth building in the first place.
