Striped Horse is a web design, branding, and digital marketing agency. The Site gives information about our services, shares our work and articles, and lets you contact us about a project.

4. Portfolio and client work

Our portfolio shows examples of projects we have worked on. Client names, logos, trademarks, and project materials belong to their respective owners. Showing them on the Site does not mean those clients endorse anything beyond the work shown, and it does not give you any right to use them.

5. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individual clients. Every project is different, and they do not guarantee that you will get the same results.

6. Information you send us

When you contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Submitting information through the Site does not, by itself, create a confidential relationship. Our articles and guides are for general information only. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Results from SEO, marketing, or design changes depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, or business results.

This section applies to your use of the Site only and does not change the terms of any separate client agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Striped Horse and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update, change, or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Striped Horse about your use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement applies.
