eCommerce Operations Platform Website
Scope of Project
1 Commerce is an eCommerce operations and 3PL platform built by operators who scaled their own DTC business to over 1 million SKUs and $100M in revenue. The platform unifies DTC and B2B commerce, connecting product management, ordering, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and AI-powered analytics under one system. We partnered with the team on a full website redesign, including wireframing and content development, to restructure the site around the depth of what the platform actually does. From page architecture and messaging to final visual design, the goal was to give 1 Commerce a digital presence that matches the maturity of the product.

The previous 1 Commerce website had a basic layout that didn't reflect the depth or maturity of the platform. For a product spanning product management, order management, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and AI-powered analytics, the site lacked the structure and clarity needed to communicate what the platform actually does to eCommerce operators evaluating it.
After
A redesigned site structured around four platform pillars: Unified Commerce, Multi-Channel Expansion, Omni-Channel Fulfillment, and Platform Intelligence. Each pillar has its own section with real product screenshots and clear messaging, giving prospective customers a straightforward way to understand the platform and evaluate it against their needs.
