LET’S GET STARTED
Brands we've built for
Our Drupal Development Services
Striped Horse is a Drupal development company that designs, builds, and supports custom websites for organizations with complex needs. From first build to migration and ongoing support, our Drupal development services cover the full project, with design and development handled by one in-house team.
Custom Drupal Development
We build custom Drupal websites from the ground up, tailored to how your organization works. Whether you need a brand-new site or a complex rebuild, we develop clean, scalable code so your site does exactly what you need.
Drupal Theme Development
Your site should reflect your brand, not a stock theme. We design and build custom Drupal themes with clean, responsive front-end code, so your site looks professional and works seamlessly across every device.
Drupal Migration and Upgrades
Moving to Drupal or upgrading from an older version like Drupal 7? Our Drupal migration services handle the full transition, including content, data, and functionality, without losing your traffic or search rankings. We get you onto a current, supported version built to last.
Custom Module Development
When Drupal's contributed module library does not cover what you need, we build it. Our developers write clean, maintainable custom modules tailored to your workflows, so your editorial team and your system both work the way you need them to.
Drupal Integrations
We connect your Drupal site to the systems your organization already runs on, from CRM and ERP to marketing automation and payment tools. Everything works together, so your data stays accurate and your team spends less time on manual work.
Performance and Security
Drupal is built for enterprise-grade performance and security, and we build to those strengths. We optimize load times, caching, and code, and keep your site protected with current security updates and best practices.
Drupal Support and Maintenance
Your site does not stop needing attention after launch. We offer ongoing support covering updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and new feature development, so your Drupal site stays fast, secure, and current.

Why Choose Striped Horse as Your Drupal Development Agency
Design and Development Under One Roof
Your design and your code are built together by the same team. As a Drupal website design company that also develops in house, there's no vendor juggling and no gap between the mockup and the final build. One team owns the whole project from start to finish.
Drupal Experts, Not Generalists
Drupal is its own discipline, and we build to it properly. From content modeling and custom modules to theming and integrations, we know how the platform actually works and build to its strengths instead of forcing it to behave like a simpler CMS.
Built Around Your Content
Most agencies design first and figure out the content later. We do the opposite. We structure your content properly from the start, so your site is not just good-looking but genuinely easy for your team to manage and built to scale as your content grows.
Security and Performance Built In
Drupal is trusted by governments and enterprises for a reason, and we build to that standard. Clean code, proper caching, current security practices, and strong performance are part of the build from day one, not fixes applied after launch.
Deep Industry Experience
Government, higher education, nonprofits, healthcare, and enterprise. We bring cross-industry context to every project, which matters on a platform that is so often chosen for complex, regulated, content-heavy organizations.
We Stay After Launch
We stick around after go-live with retainer support for updates, security patches, optimizations, and new features. No starting over with someone new every time your site needs to change.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
"They're great in every category, and not only the work they do is great, but they are very accommodating and communicative. I was very fortunate to have Danielle leading the web development team-- it was no easy task to take over a year-long project along with a bunch of new devs to work with into a working product in less than two months' time. One of the challenging project-wise for our university website project and she got the team doing good work and managed to get where we need to be. I will continue to work with her!"
"They helped to make our website redesign a success. Danielle was a very quick communicator and patient with our team throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and always able to clearly answer my (many!) questions. Our team is very happy with the outcome of our new website. I would recommend Striped Horse to anyone looking for web design services."
I can't say enough good things about working with the Striped Horse team in designing a new website for our Center at Stanford. They were fantastic -- really responsive, creative and solutions-oriented, hard-working and on-the-ball in all aspects of managing and executing a complex project like this. Their rates are quite reasonable given the incredible value you get from the work. And the outcomes are terrific - they created a great-looking, user-friendly site designed to optimize for our goals. My strong recommendation is: do not delay, and try to get the Striped Horse team to work with you on your project! You can't do better, and you won't regret it.
