Scope of Project
Premier Party Planners is a full-service wedding and event planning boutique based in Raleigh, NC, serving the Greater Triangle area with weddings, corporate galas, and private events. Our partnership has spanned two website redesigns, allowing us to support the team as the business grew, its offerings evolved, and its digital needs changed. Across those engagements, we refined the brand, improved the website experience and conversion paths, and created a digital presence that reflects the boutique's 20+ years of planning experience and growing team of certified wedding professionals.
Transformation
Before
The earlier Premier Party Planners site used a script-heavy calligraphy logo and a soft romantic layout centered around a large hero photo, a short paragraph of intro text, and a set of section links (Weddings, Private Parties & Corporate Events, Event Gallery). Content sat in long full-width blocks with contact information and services split across separate scrolling sections, and the overall structure leaned more brochure than boutique.
After
A refined site with a cleaner logo treatment, an editorial serif type system, and a homepage restructured around the way clients actually explore wedding and event planning. The new design leads with the boutique's positioning and services, surfaces a marquee gallery of real events, and adds dedicated sections for testimonials, awards, venue partners, and Instagram. Structured service pages, a Real Weddings blog, and a multi-field inquiry form give the site the depth to support the way Premier Party Planners operates today.

After two redesigns and an ongoing partnership, Premier Party Planners has a website that reflects where the business is today while retaining the flexibility to evolve with what comes next. The site now carries the boutique's brand story, showcases its depth of experience, and gives couples and event clients a clear path from first visit to first conversation.

Through two redesigns, Striped Horse has helped Premier Party Planners adapt its digital presence as the business, service offering, and team have grown. The result is a brand and website foundation that has evolved alongside the company rather than being replaced every time its needs change.
