Scope of Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT
XO Baking Co is a women-owned gluten-free and rice-free baking brand founded by Lindsey Braham, a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach and professional chef diagnosed with Celiac disease. The brand sells 34 products across 10 categories including mixes, flours, breads, and crusts, available direct-to-consumer, on Amazon and Walmart, and in major grocery retailers across North America. Striped Horse redesigned the website to better reflect the brand and improve the online shopping experience.
Transformation
Before
The previous site was built on a basic WordPress theme with cluttered navigation, inconsistent product presentation across 10 categories, and a checkout experience that wasn't optimized for conversion. The design didn't reflect the quality or story behind the brand.
After
A clean, fully redesigned eCommerce site with intuitive category navigation across 10 product lines, consistent product page layouts, mobile-optimized design, and a streamlined checkout. The brand story and founder background are now clearly communicated from the first scroll.
